Meet Dave Reilly, CEO.
Dave Reilly is an avid gamer. He has enjoyed board, card and video games from a young age. He especially likes RPGs (Role Playing Games), MMOs (Massive Multiplayer Online games), and competitive card games.
As a concept designer, programmer and level designer himself, he has worked on several games over the last decade, and is proud to see his concepts and hard work now coming to fruition under the Lilcon banner.
He enjoys supporting the community by working with local artists, musicians, beta testers etc. in the process of completing brilliant and addictive computerized and non-computerized forms of entertainment geared towards the whole family, casual and hardcore gamers alike. He is always on the look-out for new talent.
He is currently developing card games, board games, and computer games, and will shortly be branching into coding these games for apps to be available for all devices.

His vision, his company:
Lilcon Games Inc. was incorporated in 2014, but the idea behind Lilcon has been forming for years. Lilcon wants to bring life to exciting new experiences for both casual and hardcore gamers. Whether it be a fresh encounter with an innovative concept, or a colourful original spin on an old classic, everyone looks back on those fond memories of the games they play and ones they grew up with. We look forward to helping you create more of those high-five moments and feelings of comradery when one of our games sees you reign victorious over your friends and loved-ones.
Our mission statement is to provide entertaining experiences through gameplay.
Board and card games are an integral part of growing up, teaching us valuable skills that we use for the rest of our life. From social skills like teamwork, taking turns, good sportsmanship, and encouraging other players; to language skills such as reading game instructions, cards, and information on a board, and communication. Games help children develop necessary emotional skills by giving them repeated opportunities to find healthy ways to deal with gains and loss. Furthermore, being part of a team and winning together or alone helps to build positive self-esteem. Also, let us not forget the essential math skills one acquires such as estimating, inferencing, counting spaces on a board, adding and subtracting money or other game items, patterning and matching, and keeping score. It is also nice to share time together that can spark conversation in a face-to-face setting that computers usually lack.
Having said that, video-games, computer games and apps, can be equally important to help grow vocabulary, typing and communication skills, as well as forcing players to problem solve, set personal goals - and work to meet those goals. Larger games that allow for multiple players working together also helps to hone team-building and team-working skills, and allows people to connect from different regions across the globe.
We here at Lilcon Games would like to thank all who have in the past, and continue to support our work. Games are wonderfully like books: you buy them once, and keep them for life. The repeated hours shared around a table or over the internet with friends adds up, and in this world of paying for nights out and movies that last less than two hours, a game once purchased, yields longer lasting and amazing returns.
